Shiamak Davar - Winter Funk 2015!!

So finally the big day - I performed on stage for Shiamak Davar's 'The Dance Academy' on 6th Dec'15. This is my first under Shiamak's banner!!
I got myself enrolled for their Winter Funk 2015 batch and learnt 2 full songs and filler for 1 other song. Njoyed it so much and made new friends as well :)

Proud moment - Spellbee!!

Yeah!! I've been selected to represent my school in the interschool SpellBee competition. I'm so very happy... Wish me luck for the next stage :))

Late night wishes!

Yday night papa and I were having some gap shap and I expressed my few wishes -

1. I want to ride on a dolphin and go deep under water in ocean!

2. I want to have 2 horses as a pet and ride them!

School projects!

This is a beginning of a new session of 2nd staandard and I've 3 projects to make - English, Maths and EVS.
In English, it was easy since teacher gave only one choice - depict Action Words with pictures and write one sentence each... papa got the pics and I wrote all the sentences... too much ;)

In EVS, there were three choices, so it became a litttle difficult... I think daddy picked up the easiest one for himself ;) So we worked on My Neighbourhood... again daddy got all the pics... I pasted them and wrote FIVE sentences on each one - Meenakshi Temple and Decathlon... too too much!!

Now the toughest one - Maths... not bcoz the subject is tough, but bcoz daddy picked up the one out of 3 which demanded creative way of depicting what we do in AM and PM.... I think papa got some brilliant idea of what he did when he was a kid and designed some circuit using wires, bulbs and aluminium sheets!! Sounds interesting and yes it worked fine as well... I showed it to Navya when she came home and she got thrilled :)))

Well so much for this time... lets see how it goes :))) So long...

Firsts this summer of 2015!!

This is almost an end to the summer of 2015 and it was a great vacation time spent with family and friends... so many things happenend in last 2 months; most importantly being the marriage of mama and onboarding of mami... :))
made new friends - Ahaana and Myra,
visited new places - Shirdi and Mysore,
Learnt dance moves on new songs,
New games with amma and baba,
Improved swimming and learnt floating as well!!

But I guess, I'm so very happy bcoz I also learnt 2 new things - skating and bowling!!! It was so much fun trying both the games and I'm glad I could pick them up quite quickly (mom and dad said so ;))!!

I'm sad that vacation is abt to end and will not be able to spend so much time in the fun things I did... but then school will open and hopefully I will have more fun with new frnds... :)))
